Whenever you acquire Adventurer Exp Crystals, Mana, Weapon Exp Whetstones, excess basic weapons, 2* wps, or Testaments, feel free to use/spend them without hesitation.Regardless, don’t kill yourself trying to finish the event if you’re unable to.For raids, try to max your friendship with the welfare character and farm the raid for emblems and blazons.For facility events, try to get the facility to lvl 30 by farming Boss Battle.For specifics, feel free to ask in the Daily Megathread to see what other players would recommend you to do. Additionally, do not stress over the rarity of your characters.However, if you came to Dragalia Lost seeking a specific character or dragon, it’s probably in your best interest to reroll for them now. Your progression will not be affected by whether or not you reroll heck, u/Admo_ has completed almost all content in the game without ever summoning. There are many differing opinions, but the general consensus is that you don’t have to reroll if you don’t want to.
